"Got a chance to check out the Rock sports club. Definitely a gym for the fitness enthusiast! They have a big Warehouse type gym with tons of equipment weights. Treadmills and also a separate pool area with a 50 m pool and two lanes. That's pretty rare around here. They also have a recovery zone where if you're a member you get to use their sauna and hot and cold tubs. There seems to be plenty of parking spots easy enough to get to and if you're looking for something other than your typical franchise gym, I recommend checking this place out."

"One of the BEST decisions I’ve ever made, was joining this gym! I feel so welcomed every time I walk in. This is such a beautiful, clean, organized and updated facility that has so much to offer! I never feel out of place or overwhelmed being here. My favorite part of being a member at this gym is the classes! I have become addicted to attending the classes, they are all so great!"

Memberships can be frozen at any time for a minimum of 3 months for $15 per month frozen

Yes! Memberships are month to month with 30 days notice for cancellation in reflection to your billing date. Your billing date is determined by the date your sign up.

Yes. Rock Sports Club charges a biannual $25 facility fee each April/October you are current at the club. This fee allows us to make necessary upgrades to the club!
